What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we’re here to fit your schedule.

What is the Wash, Dry and Fold service?

Our Wash, Dry and Fold service offers a hassle-free laundry experience. Simply drop off your clothes, and our expert team will wash, dry, and neatly fold them for you. Your laundry will be returned fresh, clean, and ready to wear.

Are attendants available to help?

Absolutely. Our on-duty attendants are always ready to assist with any laundry-related needs or questions. Whether you need help operating a machine or have a special request, we’re here to make your experience smooth and stress-free.

What is the Laundry Card System?

The Laundry Card System replaces quarters with a reloadable card that works on all washers, dryers, vending machines, and restrooms at Family Laundry Center. Our Laundry Card allows allows for you to get bonus value on the money you are spending on your laundry. For every $10 or more you load onto your card, you’ll receive 10% bonus value

How do I load money onto my card?

Insert your card into the Value Add Center and follow the on-screen instructions. You can load funds using cash or a credit/debit card.

Can I check my balance?

Yes, you can check your balance at any Value Add Center.

What happens if I lose my card?

Treat your card like cash. Family Laundry Center is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
